SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA:

Maplestore offers free shipping within Australia for any order over $100.

We ship with selected couriers and Australia Post, providing you with a Tracking Number once the order has been shipped. Order before 11am EST and your goods will be dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and dispatched the next business day.

Most Metropolitan areas will receive orders within 1-3 business days, for regional areas and Western Australia, allow approx. 3-5 business days.

Please note that during Sale periods processing and shipping of orders may take slightly longer

INSTORE PICK UP (Available from our Newtown Store Only)

Buy online and pickup in-store. Please be advised that your items may need to be transferred from other facilities and that not all online stock is available at our Newtown store, so there might be a slight delay. If you need it desperately, give us a call and we can try to arrange something.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

New Zealand - $25AUD FLAT RATE

Shipped with AusPost International Standard.

Please allow 5-7 Business Days for Shipment to arrive.

Rest of World - $30AUD FLAT RATE

Shipped with Auspost International Standard and selected Courier services. If you are in a far flung country or have a larger than normal order the rate might be slighty higher. In these instance you will aleways be notified prior to shipping.

Please note that International Orders may take slightly longer to process and we may need to contact you to verify details about your order. Some AusPost services will also not be able to provide live International Tracking for your order. We will contact you if there is a problem or delay.

Please allow 7-10 Business Days for Shipment to arrive.

RETURNS

At Maplestore, we understand that shopping online can be difficult.

If you're not happy, we're not happy.

RETURNS POLICY:

In the event that you need to return your purchase, we gladly accept returns/exchanges on items that are still in their original condition (new, all tags attached, unwashed and unworn).

All returns need to be returned within 10 days of purchasing and you will be issued with store credit to the value of your original purchase, or refunded in full.strong>

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
