Preservation Series Navajo Serape BlanketRegular price $500.00 AUD
The first in Pendleton Preservation series, the Navajo Serape Blanket is expertly dyed, woven and hand finished in their American mills. The pattern was inspired by Navajo serape blankets from the early 1800s. It combines simple striped and terraced design elements with a colour scheme suggesting Rio Grande Valley influence. Based on an original weaving in the Durango Collection, Centre of Southwest Studies Collection. Each blanket generates a donation to the Native American Arts, education and health.
