Maplestore has a no exchange or refund policy for goods purchased during our sale periods.
GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
In the event that you need to return your purchase, we gladly accept returns/exchanges on items that are still in their original condition (new, all tags attached, unwashed and unworn).
Contact us at email@example.com within 5 business days of receiving your order. You will receive an email with return advice within 24 hours.
All returns need to be returned within 10 business days of purchasing and you will be issued with exchange/store credit or refund depending on your purchase.
Shipping costs for returns are at the customers expense.
Please get in contact with us before returning any purchases, will then be issued a refund/exchange authorisation number.
Gift returns will be accepted within 14 day of Christmas.
Unfortunately we do not accept refunds or exchanges on sale items.
