And Wander was created in 2011 by two former designers from Issey Miyake, Keita Ikeuchi and Mihoko Mori. They wanted to bring the unique sensibilities of high-fashion into products which had the functionality and practicality to be worn in the mountains of Japan. Both still avid hikers their ethos of bringing “The pleasure of playing in the mountains” to everyday customers is reflected in their unique shapes and colour palettes inspired by their travels.
