Online Returns

At Maplestore we accept authorised returns for refund or credit on full price items returned within *14 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Sale items, with exception for faulty products

To return an item simply reply to your order confirmation, or contact us at hi@maplestore.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once approved we will provide return options and an authorisation number.

We offer flat rate return postage throughout Australia for $20.
All International return shipping costs are at customers' expense.
Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt.

All returns must be in original unworn condition with all tags attached.
Footwear must be returned with the original undamaged shoe box, with outer shipping box.
Swimwear purchases must have the hygiene sticker intact. Underwear, earrings, fragrance, face and body care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To exchange a purchase, please place a new order for the alternate item and arrange approval to return the original item.

In Store Returns

We do not accept returns on Sale items, excluding faulty products.

Regular priced goods purchased in store may be returned within 7 days for exchange or store credit only.

We do not offer refunds for instore purchases with the exception of faulty goods. Any variation to this policy must be recorded on the original receipt at time of purchase.
