Online Returns Policy

At Maplestore, we understand that shopping online can be difficult and offer returns on full price purchases.

 

Please contact us within 7 business days if you need to return your purchase.
We accept returns for refund on full price items received within 14 days of purchase.
All returns must be authorised within 7 days of receiving your purchase. 
Returns must be in original and unworn condition with tags attached, and footwear must be returned with outer shipping box.
We do not accept returns on Underwear, Jewellery, Fragrance or Skincare products with exception given to faulty goods.
