SUMMER SALE CONDITIONS
Maplestore has a no exchange or refund policy for goods purchased during our sale periods. 
 
 DOMESTIC SHIPPING
 Maplestore offers free shipping within Australia for any order over $100. 
We ship with Australia Post and selected courier services. We will provide you with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Order before 1pm EST and your goods will most often be despatched on the same day.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will usually be processed and despatched the next business day.
Most metropolitan areas will receive orders within 1 to 2 business days and for regional areas and Western Australia usually within 1 to 3 business days.
During busy sale periods please allow extra time for processing and delivery of goods.

INSTORE PICKUP
 (Available from our Newtown Store)
Buy online and pickup in-store. Goods can generally be collected from our Newtown store on the day of order, We'll send a follow up email shortly after your order confirmation advising when your purchase is ready or if there are any delays. If you need it desperately, reach out and we'll work to make it happen.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
New Zealand - $25 AUD FLAT RATE. Shipped with UPS Courier Service
Please allow 3 to 7 Business Days for Shipment to arrive. 
Rest of World  - $30 - $50 AUD FLAT RATE ( Calculated at checkout )
Shipped primarily with UPS.
Please note that International Orders can at times take slightly longer to process and we may need to contact you to verify details about your order, likewise we will of course inform you of any delay.
Allow 3 to 7 Business Days for your shipment to arrive.
Please be aware you may be liable for customs or duties taxes in line with those in the Country in which you reside.
 
DELAYS
Sometimes things out of our control will delay the arrival or your parcel. We will always keep you up to date on the progress of your order and contact you with any known delays or mishaps. 
 
RETURNS
At Maplestore, we understand that shopping online can be difficult. 
If you're not happy, we're not happy. 
Gift returns will be accepted within 14 day of Christmas.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
 In the event that you need to return your purchase, we gladly accept returns/exchanges on items that are still in their original condition (new, all tags attached, unwashed and unworn). 
 
Contact us at hi@maplestore.com.au within 5 business days of receiving your order.  You will receive an email with return advice within 24 hours.
 All returns need to be returned within 10 business days of purchasing and you will be issued with exchange/store credit or refund depending on your purchase.
Shipping costs for returns are at the customers expense.
Please get in contact with us before returning any purchases, will then be issued a refund/exchange authorisation number.
Gift returns will be accepted within 14 day of Christmas.
 
Unfortunately we do not accept refunds or exchanges on sale items.
