Fiele only use the purest aroma molecules to avoid utilising traditionally animal-derived ingredients and over harvested endangered plants, ensuring their fragrances are all Vegan, Cruelty free and environmentally conscious. Some cloudiness or sediment may occur due t the high percentage of raw, natural extracts.

You will receive a follow up email shortly after your order confirmation, advising when your purchase is ready, or if there are any delays. In most cases orders will be ready to collect on day of purchase.

We happily accept authorised returns for refund on full price items returned within 14 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on Sale items.
