Online Returns

At Maplestore we happily accept authorised returns for credit or refund on full price items returned within 14 days of purchase.

Simply reply to your order confirmation, or contact us at hi@maplestore.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once approved we will provide return options and an authorisation number.

We do not accept returns on Sale items, with exception for faulty products.
Promotional items reduced by less than 20% may be returned for Store Credit only

AfterPay Merchant fees are non refundable.

We offer flat rate return postage throughout Australia for $20. All return shipping costs are at customers' expense.

Please understand during busy sale periods there may be a delay in our response.

All returns must be in original unworn condition with all tags attached.

Footwear must be returned with the original undamaged shoe box, with outer shipping box.

Swimwear purchases must have the hygiene sticker intact.

Underwear, earrings or fragrance cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

To exchange a purchase, please place a new order for the alternate item and arrange approval to return the original item. 

Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt.

In Store Returns

Goods purchased in store may be returned within 7 days for exchange or store credit only

We do not offer refunds for instore purchases with the exception of faulty goods. Any variation to this policy must be recorded on the original receipt at time of purchase.
