Online Returns Policy
We happily accept returns on all full priced items within 7 days of receipt with the option of either a full refund or store credit available.
Returned clothing must be in original condition (new, all tags attached, unwashed and unworn). In addition, Swimwear purchases must have the hygiene sticker intact.
Footwear must be in new condition clear from markings or scratches, and returned with the original undamaged shoe box.
Underwear, Earrings or opened fragrance cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
ALL 'FINAL SALE PRODUCT' PURCHASES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR INCORRECT CHOICE ON FINAL SALE ITEMS.
Regular Sale items can be returned within 2 days of receipt of goods only with authorisation number for Store Credit. We cannot process exchanges or refunds on sale items.
For all returns contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
You will receive an email with returns advice within 24 hours including an authorisation number and the options available for your return.
All authorised returns are to be received by Maplestore within 10 business days of purchase date. Shipping costs for returns are at customers' expense.
Returns are processed within one working day of receiving your return.

Instore Returns Policy
Goods purchased in store can be returned within 7 days for exchange or Store Credit unless they are deemed faulty, in which case a refund will be made available. Any exception to this policy must be recorded on the original purchase receipt.
