Online Returns Policy
Things don't always work out... at Maplestore we happily accept returns for credit/refund on regular price items returned within 14 days of purchase.
It's as simple as replying to your order confirmation, or contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved we will provide return options and an authorisation number.
We do not accept returns on Sale items excluding faulty products.
Black Friday regular price items may be returned for store credit only.
Black Friday 'further markdown' sales are final and cannot be returned.
We offer flat rate return postage throughout Australia for $20. All return shipping costs are at customers' expense.

Please understand during busy sale periods there may be a delay in our response.
All returns must be in original unworn condition with all tags attached.
Footwear must be returned with the original undamaged shoe box, and outer box used for shipping
Swimwear purchases must have the hygiene sticker intact.
Underwear, earrings or fragrance cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To exchange a purchase, please place a new order for the alternate item and arrange approval to return the original item.
Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt.
In Store Returns Policy
Goods purchased in store may be returned within 7 days for exchange or store credit.
We do not offer refunds for instore purchases with the exception of faulty goods. Any variation to this policy must be recorded on the original receipt at time of purchase.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for incorrect choice.
