Free Australia Post Express Service shipping on all orders over $250.
Orders under $250 will have a $10 shipping charge applied at checkout.

We endeavour to ship all orders on day of purchase or next business day.
Once shipped you will receive tracking for your delivery.
Allow extra time for processing during Sale periods.

Click and Collect

Click and collect at Maplestore Newtown.
You will receive a follow up email shortly after your order confirmation, advising when your purchase is ready, or if there are any delays. In most cases orders will be ready to collect on day of purchase.

Returns

We happily accept authorised returns for refund on full price items returned within 14 days of purchase.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on Sale items.
