Arc’teryx designs are for use in true alpine conditions. Exceptionally versatile, hardwearing and warm, the Thorium Hoody performs as a cold weather mid-layer and as a standalone outer layer.

Lofty 750 fill European grey goose down give incredible warmth for its little weight, durability and packability. The outer is updated with lightweight abrasion resistant Arato™ 30 nylon. Arc’teryx Down Composite Mapping technology combines the goose down insulation with panels of Coreloft™ synthetic insulation in the hood, cuffs and under the arms. Down is used in the sleeves and around the body’s core and the synthetic alternative is used in areas prone to moisture. The Thorium is equipped with a synthetically insulated Stormhood™ and two zippered pockets to secure small essentials. Updated to include an internal zipper pocket with a stuff sack.
