A form fitting halter style, the elongated straps on the Illuminate Halterneck from Permanent Vacation can be tied as an oversized bow or wrapped for a scarf detail. Using a delicate Japanese lace fabric each top has been hand dyed for a deep two tone black and navy colour effect.
