The Work Jean sits high on the waist with a slightly rounded shape, inspired by early women's denim fits from the 1950s. This rendition is made in small-batch made selvedge denim, produced in Okayama, Japan.

Founder Lauren Yates of Ponytail Journal  places a strong emphasis on ethical sourcing and production, working with authentic methods of fabrication whilst weaving the stories of unique trail blazing women into her garments.
